To solve the RRB NTPC "not eligible" problem, you have to add educational qualification properly, when you are filling application.

To solve RRB NTPC not eligible problem, please follow these steps:

Visit RRB NTPC home page.
Select zone and click on the checkbox of "I am not currently debarred by RRB/RRC" and click on the next button.
Click on the next button in other details page.
Now fill educational qualification properly and click on add button. Fill qualification, discipline, state, district, Board, date of result declaration, do you have typing proficiency in English or Hindi, percentage without percent symbol and click on add button. Then click on next button.
